As I stood there crying in complete awe, and almost disbelief, of the feeling of 38 years of crippling anxiety falling off of me in a single, non-descript moment of my normal day...I remember asking why God why no one ever taught me how to release the anxiety to Him? The Church tells us in order to overcome anxiety and depression, we just need to pray and give it to God. But in that moment, the Holy Spirit had just shown me HOW.

And then teach YOU.

Make no doubt about it, we are in spiritual warfare. The enemy is keeping millions held down with anxiety because he knows what you will do for the Kingdom of God when you are released from it. You were created for such a time as this. Today you take back your life, you find yourself in God's word, and you begin to walk in the purpose He has created you for.

You have believed you were a failure for too long. No longer will you accept the lies of the enemy. You were created with love and with purpose. You were created to be sculpted into something beautiful. You may be unqualified right now...but you are CHOSEN
