Awesome Guide For Anyone!

This is an awesome guide for anyone looking to get involved in Real Estate. Robert Shemin really covers every point and tells you exactly what to do to make a profit without risking any of your own money. I've bought a lot of so called "how to" books and most just give you broad overviews of what to do whereas Robert really tells you step by step how to go about doing deals in Real Estate. A++++ Robert!!!

Finally, someone delivers the goods!

I finished this book in a single sitting and filled the book with notes in margins, underlines and highlights along the way. I've read lots of real estate books and taken lots of "Real Estate Riches" courses, but none of them have given me the clear cut, no-nonsense direction a typical person needs to really make it as a Real Estate Investor. I love it!

Two Thumbs Up

Unlimited Riches is probaqbly the best real estate book that i have seen. It is very,very thorough in its explanation of how to find deals,contracts,wholesaling,lease optioning,fixing properties and has alot of good ideas that work.I have been in real estate for many years and this book sums up what works.The 25 mistakes and how to avoid them in the apendix were awesome.

AWSOME BOOK

This book is great for beginners or pros. I've been in real estate investing for about a year and have read almost every book and been to alot of expensive seminars. Unlimited riches has more information about how to find deals and profit from them than most of the books and seminars that I've been to. The forms in the book are priceless and the pointers are very helpfull. I would recommend this awsome book to anyone interested in real estate investing.

Desperatly searching for investment alternatives!

I came across this book as I was searching for an investment book to help me management my retirment funds (which have been shrinking by the minute.) This book convinced me that I need to put more of my savings into tangible investments, such as real estate. Hats off to Mr. Shemin who made this book easy for any average investor to understand. After reading this book I have a plan of action for my retirment funds-- buying a 2 family home near our local university to rent to college professors!
