The title is written from the imagined perspective of those institutions: Unless we create the Black leader-his public image, platform, funding, opportunities, and access to power-we may not be able to control him.

Beginning with the FBI's documented COINTELPRO operations, this book explores the surveillance, infiltration, manufactured conflict, character assassination, economic pressure, imprisonment, and public discrediting used against influential Black leaders and organizations. It then asks whether similar methods of institutional control can appear today through employment, corporate power, politics, media, religious organizations, and community conflict.

Written by the Students of the Supreme Mindz Academy(TM) and conceived and directed by Student Brother Jabril Chris Muhammad, this book combines documented history, personal testimony, spiritual reflection, and social analysis. It also examines the author's belief that institutional retaliation at his former workplace triggered a devastating chain reaction affecting his livelihood, health, family, reputation, and will to live.

This is not a call for paranoia, blind loyalty, or freedom from accountability. Readers are encouraged to distinguish verified facts from allegations, testimony, beliefs, and interpretations.

UNLESS WE CREATE HIM challenges readers to recognize controlled leadership, protect independent Black voices, strengthen economic independence, practice self-government, and develop God-centered leaders who cannot be purchased, frightened, programmed, or controlled.

The central warning is clear: When powerful institutions manufacture the leaders they promote, those leaders may be expected to protect institutional interests. But when righteous leadership is rooted within an awakened, disciplined, and organized people, removing one leader can never destroy the mission.
