I find the book to be very good. After reading the book I bought the program. The way it defines databases is very good for non database people. It allowes you to setup databases as ascii files. It uses variable length records and fields. The size of files is limited by the size of your harddrive. It can run in any unix and/or dos with MKS toolkit. It is a very good reference book.
