The Christian life is a life of total consecration and dedication to God. As a child of God that want to last long and become a friend of God, one must take the matter of total consecration and holiness very serious, also that is the road to making eaven at last. Serving God without ending in Heaven with God is a fruitless effort and nothing but disaster. One should make up his or her mind to run this race to completion and according to rules, Apostle Paul said; in other for him not to be a cast away, he brings his entire body under subjection not after he has finished running the race, he will become a cast away.

Abraham, Our father of faith and the personality of discuss in this book did not just want to begin the Journey but he prepared to finish the Journey well. Little wonder he was ready to forgo anything and pay the necessary sacrifice as to obtain his goal and win the Heart of God and Heaven at last.

In order to make Heaven, which is our uppermost goal and prize in this race, we must make up our mind to run this race and cut off from all the excess luggages and loads that is ready to weigh us down on this Journey to Heaven.
