Practical thought and study analysis in ancient stool tools and their use.

The Meaning of Form in Lithic tools. Examination of the basic shape of a stool tool gives some ideal of what it is and what it functioned as. A insight is that ancient man only made and use tools to his bare minimum of effort. In a constant threat enviroment and race for survival, ancient man only made and produce what he needed to survive. It simple, that's it. But getting back to Brian P. Kooyman's book, his research into how ancient man made tools and analysis of their use is awesome :")

Essential reading for students of American archaeology.

Understanding Stone Tools and Archaeological Sites balances a hands-on analysis of North American stone tools and prehistoric stone tool manufacturing with facts based on fieldwork, providing students of archaeology with a primer for understanding stone tools and site analysis proceedings. Essential for any student of American archaeological studies.
