Operating RADAR/LIDAR made simple

This manual has proven to be one of the better in-depth studies of Police RADAR that I have seen. The way that the manual is set out make for both easy reading and equally easy understanding. The process of learning what the basics are when dealing with RADAR/LIDAR is easily understood by the average citizen or law enforcement officer. A look at the speed problem from both a local as well as a national level starts the student into thinking more about the problem with speed and speed enforcement. As you follow through the book, you are taken step by step from the very simple to the sometimes complex. The end of chapter reviews are extremely helpful in preparing students and readers to understand what information is out there and how to use it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book for Law Enforcement students as well as individuals who are looking for an all around guide in preparing to defend themselves in court.
