On 30-September-2021 the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) published a preliminary version of the technical requirements and administrative procedures for this regulation. The overall structure and wording adheres to the standards in EASA ORO.FTL. The expectations concerning ORO.FTL are for the regulations to be officially published in June 2023. The Airlines will have 1 year to update the operations manual (OM) to be in compliance to the new regulations. (June 2024). Airline employees must be trained on the new regulations and crew scheduling (planning and tracking) should be completed by June 2025
