issues with formating and missing figures / equations

I have received this book hoping to learn something about electrical engineering, but I quickly realized that this book is edited rather oddly - not only are the "if" characters missing on multiple occasions (and in the middle of some words - but you only figure it out after a while), but also the figures in the book are missing together with many of the equations - which are quite essential to understand the contents of the book. altogether it makes it for a very difficult read - and I m not even sure whom to blame - because there are no authors / publishing information listed on the inside / outside of the book. Altogether, it makes this book rather incomprehensive and unhelpful.
