If you are interested in antiques or have ever attended an auction, you will like this book. The author uses his trade experience and sense of humor to create a great read. It actually had me laughing out loud at some of passages. But, in additon to the enjoyment, it was also educational with information about various collectibles the auctioneer handled. It even contains the romance element with the story of the lovely Antonia's relationship with the budding auctioneer. I think both men and women will like this one.
