Under the Full Moon

By Draconis Angelus

Ethan, an 18-year-old city boy, never thought he'd find himself on a camping trip in the wilds of the mountains. But when his best friend, Jake, convinces him to get away from the chaos of the city for a few days, Ethan reluctantly agrees. What starts as a peaceful getaway soon takes a terrifying turn when Ethan is attacked by a mysterious creature in the woods. The bite from the creature leaves Ethan with more than just a wound-he begins to feel strange, as though something inside him is changing.

As he grapples with the terrifying transformation, Ethan's once-steady world starts to unravel. Strange new instincts, heightened senses, and uncontrollable urges plague him as he begins to realize that his life is no longer his own. The truth about the creature that attacked him is more than he ever could have imagined-Jake, his lifelong best friend, is a werewolf. Even more shocking, Jake reveals that Ethan wasn't just attacked by a random beast; he was bitten because they are mates, bound by an ancient, unbreakable bond.

Ethan must now navigate his new reality as a werewolf, learning to control the wild side of him that threatens to consume him, while grappling with the emotional confusion of his growing connection to Jake. But as the full moon rises and Ethan's transformation intensifies, he must face the darkness of the werewolf world, the secrets it holds, and his role in it. Will Ethan be able to accept the change, embrace his newfound identity, and discover what it means to be part of a pack? Or will the overwhelming power of the wolf inside him tear everything apart?
