Missionary pilot Bernie May, a past director of JAARS (Jungle Aviation and Radio Service) and past president of Wycliffe USA, writes a intriguing and delightful book of what he learned in the airplane cockpit about walking by faith, not by sight. In his words: "We seldom get to see what lies ahead. If we get to our destination, it will have to be by faith alone. And that's scary." Christian pilots will enjoy his pilot jargon and adventures, but the average reader will also be drawn in by the many nuggets of truth he shares which apply to an everyday walk with God.
