The war has finally been rectified as the 70's come to an iconic end, and the new vamped era evolves a widespread inauguration of an Epidemic. Jackie Blu returns home from Vietnam a reformed young man, with a new perspective and new look of life. His honor and pride is crushed when he witnesses the devastating destruction of what "smack" and police brutality has done to his community. The Black Panther Party is the only organization accommodating Jackie's militant agenda to clean the streets of Pushers, dirty cops and shabby politicians. His hasty duty as an enforcing rebel begins when the leader of the Columbus Chapter is derailed by a CPD pig. It's a whirlpool of deadly tactics But Jackie isn't the only one with a vengeance-agenda of justice. Sonya Jones, a city council chairwoman nominee faces her biggest adversary when campaigning her run for election. The people of the community are by her side, but there's a political group uncongenial of her mission. Sonya is brazenly tenacious against a misanthropist system even when given an ultimatum to leave town, or pay with her life.
