For some of us old fogies, it also brings back memories. This book is the giant-size hardcover from Golden Books. There are a lot of good illustrations by Mary Blair. This is not the original works of Joel Chandler Harris. It is, however, an adaptation of Disney’s motion picture “Song of the South” and other Disney adaptations of the original “Uncle Remus” stories.
