Never bashful about pursuing a dream, David J. Jepsen walked away from a 30-year career in journalism and corporate communications to fulfill a lifelong passion-history. His goal was to do what he is doing now: writing and teaching history. Today, he finds great satisfaction teaching Pacific Northwest and U.S. history at Tacoma Community College. He holds a master's degree in history and a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Washington and lives in Gig Harbor, Washington. This is his first novel.
