Talking About God's Communications

This is an exemplary piece of actual philosophizing, with dialogue partners astonishingly free from any desire to please the fashionable, parade their credentials, or get into other irrelevant sideshows. Instead, both are trying to think through the phenomenon before them: a real communication from God! They begin straightforwardly: assuming this IS God, what are the implications? Then each follows the argument to see where it leads. They don't even try to please each other! What they do is try to see the truth of the experience, responding to this communication as fully as each one can. It's an exciting example of joint work -- a model of Socratic dialogue on a subject of utmost importance.
