Two for One

This is a collection of ultra-short performances written for one or two female actors. The beauty of the very short play (or monologue) is the way it condenses the art of acting. A notable quote about this sort of cameo performance says, "A good cameo is like finding out that the edible decoration on a cake is not only edible, but delicious." Another states, "The great thing about a very short play is that, if you don't like it, you haven't got too long to wait until it ends and, hopefully, something better comes along." Optimistically, at least one of these short scripts will belong to the former rather than the latter category. And if they don't, then you don't have too much of your time to try to claim back from the author.
