The more freedom we enjoy the easier a problem will become controversial. Religion and politics belong to those sensitive topics that are rather avoided than discussed; yet both of them play important roles in our lives. We cannot live isolated in a crowded society; our relationships, principles and convictions as well as attitude toward each other are as important as our daily diet. As you read this book, you will find that it is not a religious one although the episodes portray the life and service of a congregation. The "Two Envelopes" does not intend to be instructive, apologetic, critical, or corrective, rather entertaining, relaxing, and expecting a response in your heart. The characters are neither angels nor demons but regular and normal people who simply wish to do their best and survive the problems that unfortunately occur even in the best families.
