The novel is based on real events, its two chapters outwardly relate to different periods, but are ideologically closely related. The protagonist is presented in different situations, but he is presented as a person acting with the right understanding of those situations. There, in an original style, the relativity of success and failure is philosophically proved. Here is justified the accuracy of the way of working which comes along with the principle of not ignoring natural laws and deriving personal initiatives from them. The author tries to find the boundary between accidents and necessities by displaying the viewpoint that they are interrelated. The theses of difficulty of life, variability of value system and irreversibility of providence are discussed. The book is being read with great interest.
