Love this Author!

This book is totally great, she is a very talented author. Love all her historical romance. She makes her stories leap off of the pages. All of her work is truely great.

Great book!

What a great way to create a story. These two books take place at the same time and shows what is happening to two identical twin sisters in Colorado in the late 1800s. The two sisters, Blair and Houston, are different enough that each book is its own great story but you get to see how they move in and out of each others lives. The only sections that are indentical in both books are when the sisters have conversations directly with each other but due to a falling out the two of them have, they have limited contact with each other over the month or so that the books take place in. This is a definite "must read" for Jude Deveraux fans.

Jude Deveraux only getting 4 stars from me?

I have every book that J.D. has written and when I realized I hadn't read these two stories I ran out to buy them. The first story Twin of Ice captivated me, I loved the h/h relationship! I plunged into Twin of Fire and was so disappointed I just couldn't believe it! I think these two books should have been left under separate covers and maybe you should wait some time between the stories so when your reading TOI you aren't left with the feeling of reading the same story twice. It would be a great book if you needing refreshing of the story line, but back to back it was just too much, too repetitive.

Entertaining, serious, comical, excellent light reading

Being a part of a set myself, I found this book entertaining and witty. Although, it was fiction she touched on the fact that those who look alike and act alike are really not. I recommend this book for those who are twins and are looking for some light reading, that would make you laugh one minute and serious the next.
