The dark offers solace and healing.The light, on the other hand, reveals our appearance; it exhibits our true nature, our beauty, our hue, but it also reveals our differences, our flaws, our weaknesses.What's wrong with a little shade every now and then? The light has been romanticized countless times. The sun which produces light has symbolized so much: hope, brightness, fortune, heaven, godliness, etcetera; however, the dark has its own romance to offer.
