Born into a hard working farm family in central Illinois, the author learned the value of hard work in a Mennonite community. This is her account of growing up under the influence of a family that was seeking more of God's blessing and guidance. In the process she learned the price of being different. The result was the development of latent skills built into her by a loving Creator. An early inclination was her desire to travel. This changed her from a provincial farm girl into a cosmopolitan world traveler. Thus her assumed name, "The Go Girl, came into being. Her life is a testimony of the faithfulness of God to a yielded heart.
