A great Christmas read!

I have a set of books that I bring out after Thanksgiving to anticipate the wonders of Christmas. This is one of my favorites. It mimics the flow of the Santa story in the night before Christmas but focuses on the nativity story. The rhymes flow easily and the pictures are charming. It is a wonderful way to introduce and talk about the reason for the season.

Adorable and easy to grasp

Looking for a book that explained the Nativity Story in a simple manner turned out to be a bigger project than I thought. Most stories were either too detailed, too long, or too secular for my tastes. I even saw one that had grotesque drawings! This one turned out to be just perfect. My 2 1/2 and 4 year old girls loved the rhyming, cute animals and the story was simple. I highly recommend this book
