a good lesson

This charming book helps children learn a very important lesson- be yourself. As a teacher of little children, I appreciate the way the story of this young turtle can help teach children that they do not need to be like anyone else to be just right. The children in my preschool class love seeing what happens when turtle tries to be like his friends instead of himself.
