I am also not someone who has studied about motivation, or how to inspire people. This book is just my honest 'learnings' from over the years. My learning came on the job, I learnt the hard way, making many mistakes along the way, I have failed and won, but ultimately, after learning on the job on how to grow myself and my teams around me, and learning from my mistakes, I made myself successful. At the beginning of my career, I became a Leader without any management experience at all. In my career, I have travelled the world, raised my son whilst travelling, working and living overseas and made some good and bad decisions along the way.
