Bad things are going to happen, but we also "know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose" (Romans 8:28).

God has a purpose for you. It is not to live abused and broken the rest of your life. Once you get a relationship with him, cry out to him. He will hear you. He has been there for you all the time, waiting to turn your brokenness into purpose.
