Climate change, caused by global warming, has become an undeniable reality. It is a matter of international policy.Over the period 2001-2020, global surface temperatures have risen by 0.99 C compared with the period 1850-1909. Furthermore, it has been shown that in the event of a global temperature rise of 2 C, the Mediterranean region, to which Tunisia belongs, would experience a warming of between 1 and 3 C.Global warming, the result of human activity, has adversely affected all components of the universe.
