Sweet encouragment

Through personal and third person examples, the authors portray how simply tuning into your intuition, paying attention to your dreams, and acting on what you have learned from yourself-anyone can create the life they seek for themselves. I sincerely plan to implement what I have learned from the authors into my own life and I know that that as I learn to trust myself more, I will better myself and my life. This book is full of positive encouragement, uplifting quotes, and supportive direction. Anyone seeking to better his or her reality would certainly benefit from reading Trust Yourself. The only suggestion I have for the authors is to tighten up their writing. There were times when I was distracted by the writing, which sadly pulled my focus from the essence of the book. Even considering that the book is not be perfectly written, the message is one of sweet encouragement; a message that will be beneficial to all who read this practical guide to life-improvement. Thanks go out to the authors for creating positive work to share with the world.

Yes i agree trust yorself is a really good book and might help you to understand your dreams better. I read this book was done and wanted more? But it is a good book recomended!!

I found this book to be written with clarity and precision, with easy to follow dream guidelines and with many case histories. Dream work is a fascinating subject and the husband/wife team of Michael and Nicole Sebastian write in such a way that I could sense that they are living their dream. Perhaps they also are dreaming their life together! Interesting book -- I can recommend it to anyone who has ever had a puzzling dream.
