Jack Thorn is a family man who has lost it all. When the first nuke dropped over Mar-a-Lago, near West Palm Beach, Florida, his family died, and in his remorse, he awaits death in his 'off-the-grid' home. Jack stays until he starts to see things in the ash and mist that he cannot explain. Monsters are lurking just beyond the fog. He finds in his mailbox a mysterious package full of family photos. He needs to leave. He meets another survivor, Kate, and they start their way north in search for answers.Along the way, they save a little girl from an unspeakable evil. Her name is Anna. She turns out to be the savior both Jack and Kate need. Anna has the ability of Magic. Through her Songs, she can cast spells for she is a Lyric; beings that have always been but seldom seen. Along their way to The Magic Kingdom in Disney World, they confront the horrors of this new world, and they adapt accordingly. Their band of heroes is complete with a giant named Gone, a Valiant Warrior, and a rough-neck named Ripley. Together they set forth for the final battle to slay The First King of TRUMPLAND to try to save the world as we knew it.
