Great new take on nursery rhymes!

This is a great new take on some classic nursery rhymes. Gave to my 2.5 yr old son for Christmas (after getting the free book in the Cheerios). I am lucky he likes books but he did want to sit & read this as soon as he opened it, he noticed the trucks on the cover. I have enjoyed reading this to him, it was easy to read even with the new words to the old rhymes. I am sure this will be a well read book over the years.

Gotta have it!

My 18 month old son had no interest in books but loved trucks. We took this book out of the library and could hardly get it away from him to return it. My 5 year old daughter could even "read" it to him because the rhymes were so easy to remember. Love it and all the other Jon Scieska books. Great books for boys!

Truckery Rhymes

We LOVE this book, it is funny, cute, gets us singing. It has every common rhyme or song that you would sing with your kids. Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star; Humpty Dumpty; Little Miss Muffet; Wheels on the Bus; but each song has the words changed to be about the Trucktown trucks. It is great!

Clever book of rhymes

I bought Truckery Rhymes for my 2 year old grandson who loves cars and trucks. He also loves this book and insists that his parents read it to him every night before he goes to bed. My daughter-in-law says that she can say the rhymes from memory now. The language is great and clever and the illustrations are wonderful. I highly recommend this book for any young child who loves things with wheels.

Great book!

We borrowed this book from the library and plan on buying it for our boys for Christmas! Our sons love this book and we read it about 10-15 times a day, no exaggeration! Actually, my 1.5 year old is trying to get me to read it right now. In this book, the Trucktown crew has changed the words to nursery rhymes and songs to fit Trucktown characters and it is wonderful! I catch our 3 year old singing the new versions all the time! This is a good investment for any parents with young boys.
