Valuable book.

The global water crisis is a subject which deserves much more discussion, and I believe this book will contribute to that. I am impressed by the thorough research and high-level scholarship. There are 660 footnotes. The writer outlines the problem and makes positive proposals for doing something about it. If you care about the environment, you should read this.
