Dark Western

Ed Gorman is a master story teller. He melds the schycological thriller with the traditional western beutifully. Our protagonist is investigating the murder of his son in a town on the western frontier, when he learns of dark secrets and double crosses in the history of the towns most prominant family. Perhaps the most complex character is the dark villian of the story. Certainly the most interesting. Impossible to hate, and more impossible to love. Dont let the sick and twisted revelations shock you, and be prepared for a showdown worth talking about.
