my son's favorite book

This is my five year olds favorite book. The book tells the story of the children trying to help with humor that is age appropriate. But the illustrations are what makes the book - simple pastels that convey a lot of activity. I don't think that the book is written partially in ebonics - I think that part of it is written phonetically to convey a conjested nose.
