A cookbook that should be read not just used!

While the recipes are tasty themselves, the stories and ancedotes are also marvelous. The essence of the tropics is captured in this book through both the stories and the recipes. Not for those looking for low fat/low calorie selections - these are meant to be ENJOYED!
