Our will is phenomenal force within never deflected by any challenge coming our way. Opponents often gore it to spate or vacillate. This work is way a simple penniless human fought against odds and mountains of inhuman laws at crossroads of life. It is struggle to overcome treacherous waves while clamoring to bring healthcare to villagers. The turbulent waves commenced in 1953 when I decided to become part of the solution to rural Gambia's health service delivery shortage. I was restless and committed to bring healthcare delivery golden flees to villagers. I write to raise money for the building a hospital at Njawara village, the Gambia.
