This completely new edition has been produced by Colin Jagger from Sullivan's autograph manuscript and the first edition of the vocal score. It includes all the music and stage directions, and is easy to read and very accurate. It is part of a complete set of performance materials including both the original 1875 scoring and the slightly revised 1884 scoring. Also included is a reduced orchestration for a minimum of ten players. All materials are fully cross-referenced and designed to be clear, practical, with good page-turns, etc. Colin Jagger has previously edited The Yeomen of the Guard for Oxford University Press.
