Lessons learned through dreams

This is an outstanding collection of stories about dreams from a variety of cultures. Each one contains a lesson about life that speaks of the truths we learn through experience, either waking or dreaming. I had the assignment to find stories that could be paired with Biblical stories of dreams; not that they would parallel, but that they would have echoing themes. I chose 5 stories from this book that carried themes of wisdom earned (Dream Tree), protection (The Badger's), etc. These are great stories to share with your kids at bedtime!
