Shock is an acute circulatory failure that presents a clinical picture requiring prompt therapeutic management, as the evolution of shock can be life-threatening.Shock is diagnosed clinically, and further tests are carried out to assess its impact. Whatever the etiology and mechanism of shock, oxygenation and vascular filling (massive or conservative) are the first treatments to be carried out.Catecholamine is necessary if vascular filling fails.All intra- or extra-hospital transport must be performed by the SAMU.
