Written by Pasqually cir. 1772 for private dissemination among his "emulators," this work was only published in full over 125 years after his death. This peculiar biblical exegesis has both fascinated and frustrated students and researchers for years, because of Pasqually's often poor mastery of the French language (which seems not to have been his native tongue) and his unique jargon.
