One great cookbook!

I collect cookbooks, especially community ones. This is my favorite by far because every recipe I've tried has been very good & I've used quite a few. My extended family thinks I've become a great cook because of the desserts and side dishes I've brought to family gatherings. I haven't told them this book is my secret! There are a number of interesting ethnic food ideas as well as menu ideas provided which I have found helpful.
