My favourite cookbook!

I bought this book when it was new in the stores. Always regretted not buying more than one copy of it, as I have "loved" it to distraction. There are sticky tabs, pieces of scrap paper, and lace tucked into the book to show what I have tried or want to try. Took it to work, and the folks there have signed up to borrow the book so they can play as well. Even the "harder" recipes are well thought out. The explainations are clear, and non-threatening. Only problem is the weight gain from trying the recipes!
