We can go on a treasure hunt in the Bible, to not only know more about our Lord Jesus Christ, but also God's plan and purpose for the body of Christ. We will find that when we understand the word of God rightly divided we can function properly, by His life working in and through us. "But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us" (2 Corinthians 4:7). Treasure Hunt Volume I covers all the chapters in Romans through Galatians in the King James Version by "rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Timothy 2:15). A useful tool for personal or group Bible study. God's Word is given in bold and the commentary is given within brackets. The purpose of the book is to edify the Church, the body of Christ by rapidly increasing our understanding of His Word, and to exalt our Lord Jesus Christ. There is a supernatural interaction that takes place between the Word of God and His Spirit in us when we believe it. Knowing the Bible is knowing God! By reading and studying His Word we can learn more about the Lord Jesus Christ. Paul wrote, "That I may know him . . ." (Philippians 3:10).
