Travels on a Bike 2: The Low Countries

It's July 2023, and Garry wonders where to go on his bike. Unfortunately, Garry has suffered one or two health issues over the past few years. The first was an episode of severe sepsis shock in July 2018, where Garry was put into an induced coma, from which he was lucky to survive. It was a long road to recovery, but after a lot of physio, Garry got back on his bike and continued his cycle touring.
Unfortunately, in May 2023, Garry received more bad news when he was diagnosed with Degenerative Cervical Myelopathy (DCM). It went some way to explaining why he'd been struggling to ride his bike lately, especially when it came to hills. With that in mind, Garry wondered where he could go that wouldn't be to Hilly and came up with the idea of heading to the low countries, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
These are the embellished diaries Garry wrote every day on his 800-mile bike ride.
