A great book that's hard to get

This is one of the best books I've ever read, and deals with how to handle personal problems that can easily weigh you down. I used to have the book in N.Ireland, and must have given it to someone to borrow, and never saw it again. I was recently able to reorder it, and I won't be parting with it again!
