This book formulates three principles of transient nucleate boiling, where film boiling is absent. This makes it possible to easily organize the mass production of bainite using an intensive and inexpensive method, which exceeds martensite in strength and ductility. This is the distinctive feature of the proposals. According to the first and second principles, quenching in still cold fluids is intensive if there is no film boiling. In this case, there is no need to use powerful pumps and rotating propellers. To eliminate film boiling, the author proposes using electrical forces and low concentrations of inversely soluble polymers. The paradox of transient nucleate boiling is also discussed. It is the basis for obtaining bainitic structures in a low-cost manner with a guarantee of high benefits. Optimization of the chemical composition of the steel is proposed (UA Patent 114174), which generates a super-strengthened martensitic structure on the metal surface and bainite in the core. This radically increases the durability of machine components and saves money.
