This book deals with study of training needs of sweet orange growers. The specific objectives of the study were to study the personal, socio-economic and psychological characteristics of the sweet orange growers, to identify the training need of sweet orange growers, to find out relationship between the personal, socio-economic and psychological characteristics of the sweet orange growers and their training needs and to know the mode of organization of training programme as preferred by the sweet orange growers.The present study was conducted in Nanded District with a view to study the personal, socio-economic and psychological characteristics of sweet orange growers.
