A complete skills-training system

While making the transition from Sales Management to Sales and Managment Training, I was fortunate enough to have been introduced to Lester Shapiro and his Training Effectiveness Handbook.Being new to the training field, I did not find the book to be an easy read the first time through. But after applying the pieces of the puzzle one at a time, the logic in the inductive process and it's tie-in with "Guided Discovery" became apparent. At that point, on re-reading the book, I would categorize the book as an easy read.By applying the techniques introduced by Mr. Shapiro, In less then one year as a trainer, I have written two major training programs that have proven successful in my organization. This book has provided me with a skill that will help further my career in the training industry.
