I can hardly believe that no one has reviewed this wonderful cookbook. I bought this back in the 80s and it was my intro to Indian cookery. I now have a library of Indian style cookbooks, but this is one of the few that I've found that deals with cooking meat. Indian style food is never boring. You will become addicted after you experience the fragrance of spices while you cook!
