Mental health is so important, and the stigma needs to be changed.

I have ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and OCD, this book just really opened it up, that's it's okay.

I can relate to the OCD parts, I do a lot of those things. I check my house door 37 times before bed, and before I leave the house. I have lots of little ticks like that. We need more mental health stories like this. I truly loved it.

I read Tougher Than You Know last night. It is so profound and inspirational As I read, I could relate to many aspects, while other aspects were very eye-opening. This truly touched my heart and made my soul soar. Amazing work
