Book condition

Book was described as being in very good condition. I would not have paid almost $6.00 for a book in the condition I received. Bottom of spine torn on both sides and front and back cover look like they were dog eared at some point.

What a turn of events. I never saw it coming! Great book and fast reading.

A Book Worth Diving Into

This has all the elements of an excellent read. It has humor,suspense,mystery and a few surprises. In this novel Caroline King is forced to contact a former flame when her daughter is stalked by a deranged killer. But Dodge and Caroline have a few secrets of their own. The novel has a few colorful characters which makes it very entertaining. I thought Smoke Screen was a suspenseful novel. But Tough Customer is in a class by itself. Sandra Brown finest.

This was my first time reading one of Sandra Brown's books which came highly recommended to me. It was a fabulous suspense filled book. Can't wait to read more of her books.

One Tough Detective, One Good Read

Loved it!

Could not believe the reviews were not great on this book! I loved it. I was disappointed in Sandra Brown's last novel. This one made me remember why she is one of my favorite authors and glad I got it on the day it was released!! It was a little different writing style with the flashbacks but all of it worked. Loved the characters and loved the pace. I could not put it down! I truly feel you will not be disappointed, give Tough Customer a try.
